We require a person to work in our Centro branch support team based at our Head office in Royton. Approx 30 hours per week.

We require a trainee Estate Agent to work initially at our Glossop office to cover maternity leave but then probably to transfer to another branch office to further their career.

We require a junior trainee Lettings Agent to work in the reception area of our lettings department at Springhead Oldham to learn the basics of Property Management with a view to progression to other duties in due course.

We require a trainee Estate Agent to be based at our Oldham office to deal primarily with residential viewings but also to assist where necessary in our sales Reception area.

We also require for our Oldham office a Part Time viewings representative to work probably 2 days per week including either a Saturday of a Sunday with the ability also to work extra days where required to cover holidays and sickness.

We require a full time Graphic Designer to produce bespoke marketing material for adverts and promotions. This could be an ideal opportunity for someone newly qualified or possibly as a year in industry as part of a University Course.

We also require an ambitious Mortgage Consultant to work at our offices in the North East Manchester Area.

AUCTION SALE 

Our next sale at the Etihad Stadium will be on the 26th June and we are currently inviting entries. We will also be having a Huddersfield/Halifax sale

on 25th June and entries are also invited.

OPENING HOURS

Our offices are open from 9-30 am until 5-30 pm weekdays and 10am until 2pm Saturdays. In addition we are available by telephone until 8-30pm weekdays, until 4pm saturdays and from 10am until 4pm on Sundays.

Our Oldham branch deals with seven hundred property sales per annum and has a huge profile within the town helped by our distinctive wrapped cars and for sale boards.
