Auction House Ryder & Dutton is run by the long established Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents practice of Ryder & Dutton who have 15 offices and high market share coverage in Oldham, Rochdale and other parts of East Manchester, and in Halifax, Huddersfield and other parts of the Kirklees and Calderdale Council areas.
We auction a wide range of residential and commercial lots, plus land and investments. We can sell for private individuals, companies, solicitors and other professionals plus a number of public authorities. We also operate Residential Sales and Lettings through networked offices, have an expanding Financial Services business and teams specialising in New Homes, Commercial, Surveys, Development and Conservation.
Our Auctions operation covers from Greater Manchester across to West Yorkshire and we have branch offices that support its activities. The Auctions team is led personally by experienced director Geoff Maybank.
