The post holder will be responsible for taking inventories of property contents and for checking these inventories as tenants move in and out of properties.
The post therefore requires the post holder to visit properties and to liase/communicate with prospective landlords regarding the condition of their properties and the contents thereof.
The post is based in our Chadderton Office which covers the Oldham and North Manchester areas. Training will be given during an initial period with regard to day to day practicalities.
A driving licence is essential and a small car may be provided.
