Lettings Portfolio Manager
Inventory Clerk & Accompanied Viewer
Trainee Estate Agent
Salary:£15,000 plus commissions
We are seeking an ambitious outgoing person who will probably have been educated to degree level or similar to develop or progress a career in Estate Agency.
The post would be full time based at our office in Ashton, although we do ask our trainees/negotiators to work at different branches from time to time. The work would be mainly office based with some potential for outside work so a driving licence is preferred but not essential at this stage. The hours of work would be 9am-5.30pm Mon-Fri and alternate Sat 10am-2pm.
This is a sales position so experience in a sales orientated environment would be an advantage but previous estate agency experience is not essential. The ability to provide great customer service is essential and successful candidates will be confident and outgoing and able to converse easily over the telephone and in person with members of the general public. The firm operates a 'promote from within' philosophy and there are opportunities for career development for the right person.
If you are interested in this post please submit by e-mail a current C.V together with a covering letter saying why the post would be of interest and why you might be suitable for it to Deborah Cliff email@example.com
If your application passes the first assessment stage you will then be asked to submit a 2 minute video of yourself explaining who you are, your background, why you would like the job and why you think you are suitable for it.
Ashton-under-Lyne is a market town in the Metropolitan Borough of Tameside. Historically part of Lancashire it lies on the North bank of the River Tame and undulating land at the foothills of the Pennines. Ashton (as it is often shortened to) is 6.2 miles east of the City of Manchester.
Evidence of prehistoric activity comes from Ashton Moss (a 260 acre peat bog). Woollen weaving has a long history in the town and the cotton industry grew rapidly from the start of the 19th century.Find out more
