Oldham is a large town in Greater Manchester. It lies around the Pennines on elevated ground between the Rivers Irk and Medlock seven miles North East of Manchester. Salary:Competitive salary with benefits package including car or car allowance.
We are looking to recruit high caliber and enthusiastic professionals who will be required to undertake mortgage valuations, private valuations, home buyer inspections and building surveys on a wide range of residential property types and styles, across both our private and lender client base.
There are opportunities to work across Oldham, Manchester, Tameside, Stockport, Rochdale, Rossendale and West Yorkshire.
Key responsibilities: •You will be the first point of call in the risk assessment of market suitable properties for secured loan purposes. •Provide survey and valuation advice directly to the buying public via our Home Surveys operation. •Assist clients to make informed decisions on whether or not a property is suitable for purchase and mortgage purposes. •To ensure familiarity with Lender Guidance notes and to comply with requirements, including service level agreements.
The successful candidate; •Will be an experienced MRICS/FRICS, or AssocRICS member and will also be an RICS Registered Valuer. •Will have the ability to demonstrate a good claims history. •Will be self-motivated and able to demonstrate a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. •Will have a methodical and professional approach towards the role. •Will have excellent customer service and communication skills.
