We provide a first class residential lettings service offering our clients our total commitment and dedication.

We know you need someone you can trust who has your best interests at heart and will make letting your property as easy and stress free as possible.

We provide either a full management service or a let only service depending on if you wish to remain in charge of rent collection, inspections and maintenance or if you wish to leave the management entirely to us.

In order to protect rental income for full management clients we offer a rental warranty scheme included in our standard charges. Contact us for details of our fees and charges. We operate a very simple all inclusive system which is often cheaper that agents offering a lower percentage fee as there are no extra charges for inventories, inspections, sign ins, sign outs and no set up fee.

We are members of NALS (The National Approved Lettings Scheme) which ensures a professional regulated service, an effective complaints redress system backed by professional indemnity insurance and Clients Money Protection Insurance Cover. NALS has a minimum level of standards with which all members must comply.


FOR TENANTS

We will help you find a suitable property to rent and provide advice on the procedure. When you are taking up a tenancy there are several important matters for you to consider and we will make these clear to you.

We will deal with any tenancy applications as efficiently as we can and keep you advised as the process moves forward through the referencing process agreeing convenient dates and times for you to move in (and move out when the time comes).

We will respond to all your enquiries regarding your tenancy including requests for repairs and maintenance (where the properties are fully managed) as quickly as we are able.

We will make clear to you your responsibilities and agree with you the content of a detailed inventory and schedule of condition with photographs to protect the position of both you and the landlord.
