Purchaser choice of finish

Most developers allow you to personalise your new home if you reserve early enough.  Subject to build stage purchasers can often input to the style and colour of kitchen units, worktops and tiling; and floorcoverings. Some developers even offer a bespoke service where purchasers can input to minor changes to layout and specification to suit their individual needs.

Low Maintenance

Many people who buy a second hand home spend thousands of pounds and hours improving the home to get it up to modern day standards. With a new home, you simply move your furniture in and start living. New Homes feature many low-maintenance features like the latest Upvc doors, windows and fascias, which do not need painting and will be very low maintenance for years to come.

Energy Efficient

Energy bills have increased year on year and are a key consideration for any purchaser buying a house.. Building  regulations   are improving all the time and new build properties are much more energy efficient that older properties and can generate up to 60% less CO2 emissions than second hand homes, helping the environment and saving you money!  All new homes come with the latest technology including energy efficient condensing boilers and high levels of thermal  insulation.

Latest Designs

All new homes are designed and build to the highest building standards and these are improving all the time. How we live in our home has changed significantly over the years and modern homes are designed to meet the demands of modern living and businer lifestyles by maximising space and natural light. On average a new home provides  17% more useable space when compared with some older properties.

Peace of Mind

For extra peace of mind new homes come with a  10 year new build warranty provided by one of the leading insurers including NHBC, LABC or Premier

Consumer Code

In 2010 the Consumer Code for House Builders was  introduced. This is a set of mandatory rules that all house builders must meet in their marketing, selling and after-sales service of new build homes. The Home Warranty Bodies require all their registered builders to adopt the code as a condition of their registration. This is good new s for buyers; it ensures they are treated fairly, know what level of service to expect, and ensures that they are given reliable and accurate information on which to make their decisions. A copy of the code is provided to anyone making a reservation on a new build property. You can view the code here   www.consumercodeforhomebuilders.com
