How do I know if I can afford to sell and buy on?
Ryder & Dutton Estate Agents work with the Mortgage Advice Bureau to provide independent mortgage advice. Our advice is totally independent and will be specifically tailored to your needs and circumstances which could be for your first home, moving home, investing in property or remortgaging. We can also offer a free market appraisal of your home providing you with the information which the mortgage advisor would use to determine your lending capabilities for a potential onward purchase.
Should I hold off on organising a valuation of my property until I have found the house I want to purchase?
You could research homes of interest on the market but if you have a home that you are dependent upon selling to buy on it would be unlikely that you could proceed quickly. We can offer a free market appraisal of your home providing you with all the information you require helping with your potential onward purchase in the process even down to the finer details like conveyancing, survey and removals. Ryder & Dutton offer a first class market leading service offering our clients total commitment and dedication. We believe that in order to sell your house effectively we must be highly motivated and maintain exceptional levels of customer care. Our job is not complete until you move home.
If I use Ryder & Dutton to sell my house am I tied into a contract period?

What service would I expect to receive from your agency when I am looking to sell my home?

What do you do differently to other Estate Agents?
From instruction to an agreed sale of your home you will liaise with your dedicated negotiator who will provide you with regular updates. We offer accompanied viewings at no extra cost, our branch support team are open between the hours of 8.30am- 8.30pm Mon –Fri and Sat & Sun 10am – 4pm and access to our Online Property Tracker which can be accessed when buying or selling your home. When do I pay the agreed fee for selling my home?
When you instruct Ryder & Dutton to sell your home we offer No Sale No fee so once the property completes your solicitors will pay the fee to us as agreed upon instruction.
