Becoming a landlord with Ryder & Dutton
October 03, 2017
There are often different circumstances that cause people to become landlords. Sometimes this is a conscious decision to invest in purchasing buy-to-let property, although sometimes people can also find themselves in the position of being an accidental landlord.
A change in circumstances such as inheriting a property, moving into a partner’s property, wanting to keep hold of your current property whilst purchasing a new home or even moving away, could result in you having a property that is surplus to requirement.
For a quick move, renting out a property is ideal as there is a constant stream of prospective tenants out and about looking for a home as, regardless of any economic or seasonal implications, people still need somewhere to live.
For those that have never rented a property out before this could be a daunting prospect. So what can Ryder & Dutton do to help guide you through the process?
One of our dedicated rental specialists can visit your property and advise on maximising your rental potential and achievable rental income.
Marketing Your Property
We can advertise your property across social media, our own website and on Rightmove, providing you with the widest possible marketing exposure for your property.
Ryder & Dutton compile an extensive list of prospective tenants actively seeking properties to rent who we can market your home to.
