This double fronted retail premises at Milnrow Road, Shaw took a little extra time to push over the line but we can finally announce that completion took place before the end of this month. We are keen to see the progress over the coming months from a largely dilapidated building to habitable living accommodation providing a decent rental income when fully let.
The Former Kingdom Hall, Droylsden went under offer over a year ago and due to a number of legalities that had to be dealt with prior to exchange and completion, it has taken much longer than anticipated to actually get everything finalised.
