Inventory Clerk & Accompanied Viewing Representative

Salary:£16,100 plus commissions plus small car

We are looking to recruit a suitable person to train as an Inventory Clerk & Accompanied Viewing Representative within our busy Lettings & Property Management Department based in our Lindley office and covering the Huddersfield area.

Key competencies: Ability to deliver excellent customer service, Good time management skills to ensure effective management of own resources, Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team, Determination to secure new business with focused action, Good IT skills, Must be able to drive - a driving licence is essential, Positive attitude in all situations, Flexible and adaptable in approach, An eye to detail

Key responsibilities: Prepare property inventories/schedule of condition, Check inventories as tenants move in/out, Undertake interim inspections during tenancies, Undertake viewing appointments with prospective tenants, Feedback following viewings to Portfolio Managers, Inspect contractors works, Ensure properties are fit to be let, Recommend maintenance works to Portfolio Managers

Residing in or around Huddersfield or having knowledge of the local area would be an advantage.

The hours of work would be 9am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri and alternate Saturdays 10am - 2pm.

There is the opportunity to earn commissions and a small company car and iPad will be provided for the successful candidate.
