Local area

Oldham is a large town in Greater Manchester. It lies around the Pennines on elevated ground between the Rivers Irk and Medlock seven miles North East of Manchester. Oldham rose to prominence as an international centre of textile manufacture but today is prominently a residential town and a centre for further education and the performing arts.

Our Oldham branch deals with a high volume of property matters and is an established part of the town. Having been a constant fixture in Oldham for many years, the local knowledge of our team is crucial in assisting our clients.

We are seeking a Maintenance Contractor to join our company, with PSS Maintenance Limited.

The role is to provide general maintenance and repair work, this will also include some plumbing and decorating duties to properties managed by both Ryder & Dutton and Mortimers Estate Agents on behalf of landlords and also to the properties occupied by our residential sales offices. Holidays are 20 days plus 8 statutory days converted into hours.

A company van is provided with these roles for use in the course of your daily duties and travel to and from your place of work (no personal use is permitted). A full driving licence is required.
