Royton is a town within the Metropolitan Borough of Oldham, in Greater Manchester, England. It lies by the source of the River Irk, on undulating land at the foothills of the South Pennines.

Head Office (Salmon Fields) Vacancies

Centro Branch Support Team

Based at our Head Office in Salmon Fields, Royton you will be a member of our Branch Support Team providing telephone support to our branch offices throughout the Greater Manchester, Ribble Valley & West Yorkshire areas.

A variety of rotas are available during our opening hours which are 08:00am to 7:00pm. Shift patterns include 08:30am to 5:00pm, 09:00am to 5:30pm, 10:00am to 7:00pm (Monday to Friday). 09:00am to 4:00pm (Saturdays) & 09:30am to 4:00pm (Sundays).

Rotas are based on attendance 5 days per week (where this includes including a Saturday or Sunday you will receive a lieu day midweek).

You will be responsible for answering incoming enquiries by both telephone and email, related to all aspects of properties for both sales & lettings. You will generate mortgage leads, organise sales advice & viewings as well as taking offers for properties and forwarding these onto the relevant branch.

This is a fast-paced environment with opportunities for the right person to progress within our company. You must be confident in speaking to members of the public by telephone. Previous sales experience would be an advantage however full training will be given to successful candidates.

The company operates a philosophy of ‘promote from within’ and this role is a great starting point for anyone looking for the first step of a career ladder in estate agency.

Please note all successful candidates are required to attend for training on a full-time basis for the first 4 weeks during the hours of 9:30am-5:00pm.

We have a vacancy for the following hours. The rota is based on a 4-week pattern totalling 119 hours every 4 weeks.

Week 1 is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Week 2 is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

Week 3 is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday.

Week 4 is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday.
