Our people are some of the best in the business and we are looking for experienced, confident, hard-working estate agents to join our fantastic team as Branch Managers in our Residential Sales offices in the Oldham area. As a Branch Manager you will have a strong work ethic, enthusiastic and positive attitude, and natural ability to successfully build and maintain relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to run the branch efficiently and profitably. Branch Managers report directly to one of our Directors. Whilst the role will primarily deal with residential sales, you will also be required to undertake any lettings work as appropriate. You will be familiar with the Oldham area and be experienced in undertaking Market Appraisals as well as the marketing, supervision and management of properties. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of relevant industry legislation. Previous experience of leading and managing a team is desirable.
Here at Ryder & Dutton supporting our local community and local charities is a huge part of what we do and as a Branch Manager you will be expected to assist with this by building relationships with community groups and local professionals within your catchment area to promote the company in a positive manner.
Holiday entitlement starts at 23 days per year rising to 25 days per year, plus Bank Holidays. A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays. A car allowance of £250 pcm is provided – conditions apply.
