How do I access my case on the Internet? You will be sent an e-mail with a username and password to track your case online. You can change your password at any time.
I do not have access to the Internet - why do I need this service? If you do not use the internet there is still no problem as we will track the case for you in any event. if you wish to know the up to date position simply give us a call and we will keep you fully informed.
Can I instruct any law firm I want? You are entitled to choose any firm you wish. However if you want to take advantage of this service then we will be able to provide you with frequent updates and guarantee that your case progresses quickly. Please remember that most firms do not operate a no sale no fee policy and many have extra charges not always disclosed within their headline quotation.
Will there be any other legal costs? There are no additional legal fees unless they are agreed with you separately by the law firm. These will only occur when there are unforeseen problems that will incur additional work. Disbursement costs will be charged in addition to fees and again will be confirmed by the law firm.
