Once at the site we can show them around your show house and sell the dream to them. This is particularly important for off-plan sales, as prospective purchasers may not understand architects drawings and will benefit hugely from being able to walk around the show house and get a feel for the quality and specification of the build. How we are Different


We provide development appraisals and ongoing review of sale price in line with current market conditions/trends. We also provide you with advice on the right product mix for the site, accommodation layouts and specification and pricing, working with you and your architect from the outset to ensure finished house types are in line with what purchasers want from a new home. We will also handle purchaser selection of extras, fixtures and fittings and colour choices.


'Off-plan' marketing will commence once work begins on site. We will provide a prominent site board and will market your properties as 'coming soon' on our website, discuss scheme concepts and pre-register potential purchasers to encourage 'off-plan' sales.

Your marketing materials will be displayed within the branch local to your development in surrounding areas. Through our website we provide extensive email and web marketing.

Specialised Staff

We provide sales staff to work from your sales centre/show house. Staff are trained to the highest standards and will be familiar with your site and the different plot/house types available.

Accompanied weekend viewings by appointment are provided. They are conducted by experienced New Homes sales staff giving you peace of mind and security.

The Internet

Internet advertising is crucial and our highly regarded interactive and user friendly website is second to none in providing you with an abundance of information. It is updated daily and buyers can view:

We are the only agent to have a unique Rightmove microsite dedicated to New Homes, highlighting our commitment to providing a tailored service for the sale of new homes. Your properties will also be listed on Rightmove and On The Market through Ryder & Dutton's subscription, saving you £1000s. They will also be listed on our own website which attracts nearly 1 million potential purchasers each year!

Buyer Match

Once released to the market, your properties are matched to buyers who are registered on our applicant database at the initial point of marketing and then on an on-going basis as new applicants are registered.


New developments benefit from stand alone, prominent advertisements in the local press. We believe in order to achieve maximum impact these should be designated developer advertisements.

We can design and produce your ads and provide a schedule of advertising based upon your requirements and your budget. Due to the volume of advertising we place, we attract preferential rates and are able to pass these savings on to you.

Social Media

Our various social media channels are used to support the marketing campaign and promote development details.

Twitter and Facebook are used to share launch details, open weekends, and to invite purchasers to attend open viewings.
