Directions
From our office in Royton proceed along Rochale Road (A671) towards Oldham and turn right at the first set of lights into Middleton Road. Then take your first right into High St which in turn becomes Sandy Lane. Continue along Sandy Lane for a few hundred yards and then turn left into Flake Lane. Proceed along Flake Lane and at the mini-roundabout turn right into Albert Street which becomes Harewood Road.

FOLLOW Harewood Drive round to no 96 and then turn in the unmade road immediately at the side.
