From the Rawtenstall office, turn right onto Bank Street and left at the traffic lights onto St Mary's Way and through the next set of traffic lights before taking the third exit at the roundabout onto the A682 towards Manchester. Pass over the mini-roundabout and proceed onto the A56 and up the hill, before taking the next exit, to remain on the A56. Take the third exit at the roundabout, onto Bolton Road North, heading down the hills into Stubbins. Continue through the lights at the bottom of the hill, as the roads sweeps to the left, under the railway bridge. Continue past Ramsbottom pool and leisure centre, before turning left onto Factory Lane, continuing as the road becomes Crow Lane, before taking the third left onto Church Street. This property can be found towards the end of this short road, on the left hand side.
